Vern and his crew, Noah and Brian, just
completed our 42' Insulated Patio Roof and it is beautiful,
everything went perfect. This is by far one of the best
Contractors and crew that have ever come to our home. Vern
did everything he said he would do and then some. They
where all very meticulous about their work and Vern made sure
everything was perfect. We highly recommend this company,
and if you have to wait a couple of weeks for a start date, they
are worth the wait !!

We used New Dawn Awning for patio covers at our previous
home. They installed 3 large solid roof patio covers with fans
and one open patio cover. What a great job they did. Everyone
said they added to the home and made a positive upgrade. Not to
mention the wonderful way it helped shield the house from the
sun all afternoon.
And now in our new home we had Vern and his crew install another
large solid patio cover with a fan and again they did a
magnificent job! It looks so wonderful. Vern and his crew are
always courteous, very accommodating and they always clean up
the job site as if they were never there. And their workmanship

Our patio cover has been a complete makeover to our home and
back yard. It Transformed the back of our house into a
beautiful, relaxing, classy, cozy retreat. This has made
entertaining so much more enjoyable for our family and friends.
We love having company and showing off our backyard now.
At first we were not sure how to have it designed. I wanted
partial sun and my husband wanted covered. Vern suggested
doing both and it was a wonderful idea! Having part of our
awning covered and part partial sun allows us a lot of
flexibility with keeping our guests in or out of the sun when we
entertain and protection for our plants from too much heat if we
need shade and sun for the plants that love it. For the winter,
all of our furniture is covered and protected and we can leave
everything out year round. Having an awning has been the very
best home improvement ever!! We will always have an awning
in any house we ever own.

We are extremely happy with our New Dawn Awning patio cover.
Vern and his team did an awesome job at a reasonable price and
in a quick time frame. They also installed our
chandelier/ceiling fans at no additional charge. All of our
friends and family exclaim what a beautiful “addition” to our
living space and wish we had done this years ago! No more
shuffling umbrellas around for shade. I originally thought I’d
like slats on ½ of the patio but Vern suggested complete cover
for full shade and rain protection. He was so right! If you’re
thinking about a cover for your patio and contracting New Dawn
Awning, we say go for it! We highly recommend them.
