Amazing! Absolutely Amazing! Your customer service is over the top. Fourteen years ago New Dawn Awning installed our awning on two levels on our deck. We received nothing but compliments over the great design. Three years ago we were at the Home & Garden show at Cal Expo. We were pleased to see Vern at the New Dawn Awning booth. We mentioned our light & fan fixture was loose and asked what we can do for repair? Vern offered to come to our home to take a look at our problem. Not only did he see our dilemma but he repaired the fixture with NO Charge! Where else can you go, after eleven years and have excellent customer service at NO CHARGE? We have told and will continue to tell everyone about New Dawn Awning!
