I was very impressed with Vern, the owner of New Dawn when I first met him and even more now that my patio lattice is finished. When he first came out he knew exactly what I needed and how to do it. He listened to me and made some excellent suggestions about the application. The lattice is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. He kept in touch with me letting me know when he would be here, was on time both for the estimate and the job, and was pleasant to work with. I couldn’t be happier with both his crew and the job he did. I have already given your card to a friend who wants a patio lattice, too.

Amazing! Absolutely Amazing! Your customer service is over the top. Fourteen years ago New Dawn Awning installed our awning on two levels on our deck. We received nothing but compliments over the great design. Three years ago we were at the Home & Garden show at Cal Expo. We were pleased to see Vern at the New Dawn Awning booth. We mentioned our light & fan fixture was loose and asked what we can do for repair? Vern offered to come to our home to take a look at our problem. Not only did he see our dilemma but he repaired the fixture with NO Charge! Where else can you go, after eleven years and have excellent customer service at NO CHARGE? We have told and will continue to tell everyone about New Dawn Awning!

Far exceeded our expectations of what our awning would look like over our patio. Corey, crew and Vern took our ideas and turned them into a master piece. We could not be more pleased with the design, the workmanship, the customer service and the end results. We highly recommend this company. Money well spent.

Vern was good honest and reasonably priced. He educated me on this project and the end results were excellent.

Vern and his crew are simply awesome. He has a great eye for designing an overhang or free-standing structure now matter the yard size and layout. I started with a grand massive structure in my mind and Vern brought me down to reality and his advice and knowledge were exactly what I needed.
