Amazing! Absolutely Amazing! Your customer service is over the top. Fourteen years ago New Dawn Awning installed our awning on two levels on our deck. We received nothing but compliments over the great design. Three years ago we were at the Home & Garden show at Cal Expo. We were pleased to see Vern at the New Dawn Awning booth. We mentioned our light & fan fixture was loose and asked what we can do for repair? Vern offered to come to our home to take a look at our problem. Not only did he see our dilemma but he repaired the fixture with NO Charge! Where else can you go, after eleven years and have excellent customer service at NO CHARGE? We have told and will continue to tell everyone about New Dawn Awning!

I was very impressed with Vern, the owner of New Dawn when I first met him and even more now that my patio lattice is finished. When he first came out he knew exactly what I needed and how to do it. He listened to me and made some excellent suggestions about the application. The lattice is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. He kept in touch with me letting me know when he would be here, was on time both for the estimate and the job, and was pleasant to work with. I couldn’t be happier with both his crew and the job he did.
